GlassWing Corporate Website Privacy Notice

1. Scope and who we are
This notice describes how information may be collected and handled when you visit www.glasswingequity.com or contact GlassWing through the corporate website. The GlassWing brand encompasses business offerings of GlassWing Executive Partners, LLC and GlassWing Equity, LLC, as applicable to the inquiry. Your message may be directed to the team responsible for the offering you select.
This notice does not replace the separate GlassWing Intelligence Privacy Policy applicable to the GlassWing Intelligence application, or any privacy terms in a signed agreement with a GlassWing business.
2. Information you provide
When you use the corporate Contact form, we receive the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, company or organization, area of interest, and message. If you schedule an Executive Consultation, HubSpot Meetings processes the information submitted for booking, including appointment details. If you contact us by telephone or another channel, we may receive information you choose to share in that communication.
Please do not submit passwords, financial-account credentials, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the general Contact form.
3. Information collected through the website
The website uses Squarespace for hosting and Contact forms. Depending on the configuration and services enabled, the site and its providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, visit times, pages viewed, security events, and cookies or similar technologies. Site activity logging is enabled. The website displays a cookie banner with Manage Cookies, Decline All, and Accept All options, and Squarespace non-essential cookies are restricted until consent.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to receive, evaluate, and respond to inquiries; route messages to the appropriate GlassWing team; arrange and administer requested consultations; communicate about a requested business discussion; operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and comply with applicable legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or represent an offer of an investment product.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Squarespace provides website hosting and Contact form functionality. Google reCAPTCHA is used for spam and automated-submission protection on the Contact form. Contact form notifications are sent to the GlassWing business mailbox configured for inquiries, with Microsoft 365 forwarding to an authorized GlassWing business mailbox; a controlled test verified notification delivery and forwarding. The address used for internal notification is not displayed here as a public contact address.
HubSpot Meetings provides the Executive Consultation booking experience. Microsoft Outlook supports calendar coordination and invitations, and Microsoft Teams is used for virtual meeting details when scheduled. These providers may process information needed to deliver the requested booking and meeting functionality under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Information may be shared with authorized GlassWing personnel responsible for responding to your inquiry, relevant advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. This notice does not replace the separate GlassWing Intelligence application's privacy policy or describe its financial, CRM, or commerce integrations as services of the public Contact form.
6. Cookies and external websites
Cookies and similar technologies may support site functionality, security, and analytics. You can accept all cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences through the cookie banner. Squarespace non-essential cookies are restricted until consent. Use Cookie Preferences to review or change your saved choices. Browser settings may provide additional choices. Third-party websites and embedded services may use their own cookies and are governed by their own notices.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained in accordance with legitimate inquiry-management, operational, contractual, and legal needs. Retention periods vary according to the information and its purpose. No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely risk-free.
8. Your requests

This is a business-oriented website and is not intended for children. Please do not submit children's personal information through the corporate Contact form.
